4. saturday night couples: THE ART OF AUTHENTIC COMMUNICATION IN RELATIONSHIPS
Saturdays represent a time of being with family, a time of building relationships with friends, and a time of balance. We all need great Saturdays to connect with ourselves and our significant others.
Structuring the relevant, content-rich, engaging, clear-in-application yet simultaneously captivating and humorous workshop into seven parts, Jamie will get partners thinking on their feet about how to connect in an inspiring and moving way.
Each part of the workshop represents a day of the week in the preparation process of the TV show, SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE. The format provides a supportive, inclusive, and psychologically safe environment for couples to celebrate what they’re grateful for in their relationship. You will also learn how to close the gap between where they are as a couple today and where they want to be in their relationship moving forward.
