Community is the golden rule in action: paying it forward by treating others as we’d like to be treated.
I hired a Freelancer from Upwork who fixed a few things on my site. His grasp of #business English etiquette could use some work, which is understandable because it’s not his first language.
After the job was complete, I asked if he wanted a tip to improve his communication with clients. He said, ‘yes’. So, I sent him the revision below + then posted a + review.

Instead of: “Can you close this job and give me a review?”
You might say something like: “Hey (name), it’s been great working with you on this project. I think the (write the work you did here) will further highlight your expertise in ( ).
If you can make some time, I’d be grateful if you could write a quick, honest review about your experience working together. These reviews help me to stand out in ways I can add value to clients. If you don’t have time now, I understand.”

It’s about taking that extra bit of time to be useful to strangers who share a global work community. It doesn’t just benefit the recipient in getting more work; it benefits the community.
We all need to take care of each other.
