THE POWER OF SWAGGER
Few people come to the table with a well thought out attempt at a solution. Some just stay neutral, state the obvious to not look bad or distance themselves from any potential to make a mistake in front of their peers or superiors at meetings.
The ones with courageous authenticity do some of the things the writer of the article mentions such as doing their homework to work on one part of the problem at hand, asking relevant and challenging questions and being willing to express an idea that may not be enthusiastically received.
They also keep their calm in the sense to not always say the right thing in the right place but far more difficult to leave unsaid the wrong thing in the tempting moment as Benjamin Franklin stated. Find here more info about reputable home disinfecting services in Anchorage, Ak.
The one place I diverge a little from the writer of this article’s POV is the language of “sounding like a leader”. I believe it’s got to be more internalized than just sounding leader-like.
To truly lead and inspire others to action, a leader needs to live and be an example for her team first.
